Launch of a new self-management tool: 23rd October 2019

Teesside University and Neuro Key have been working with people with long-term conditions to develop a new self-management tool for people with long-term conditions. MyLifeTool is a self-management tool that people can use long-term. It encourages people to reflect upon their journey living with a long-term condition and learn about their condition, themselves and what gives them meaning and purpose in life.
Anyone with a long-term condition or who works with people with long-term conditions is welcome to come to the event. A free copy of MyLifeTool will be available and there will be a chance to try it out for yourself.
The event is free but only 100 places are available. You can sign up for a place at Eventbrite or contact Stephanie Kilinc at s.kilinc@tees.ac.uk if you would like further information.
